At Chiro1Source, we’re more than a chiropractic supply company — we’re a family. Founded in 2001 by Dr. Cecil Walker, a practicing chiropractor who built the business on the motto “Treat people like people, not numbers,” we’ve carried forward a legacy of service, connection, and integrity.

Today, his son, Josh Walker, and his wife, Marah Walker, serve as President and CFO respectively, continuing the mission of making supply ordering simple, personal, and rewarding for clinics everywhere.

Our small but mighty team reflects the heart of what we stand for — care, loyalty, innovation, and a little fun too.

President

Josh Walker is the leading expert on growing a clinic with successful products in the chiropractic industry. He has worked with over 14,000 chiropractic clinics and his company has generated over 30 million in sales in the last 6 years. His company, Chiro1Source, has been awarded the Fastest Growing Sales in Chiropractic Distribution. Through Chiro1Source, he has donated over 100,000 meals in 2022 through Feeding America with a goal of over a quarter of a million meals donated by the end of 2022. He focuses on helping growth-focused chiropractors who feel stuck in their practice, bring the joy back in to what they do with fun, innovative, and profitable products.

Marah Walker

I joined the Chiro1Source team as a Customer Service Specialist in May 2011 after graduating from Campbell University with a BBA. I love my job because I am a big supporter of all small businesses and feel lucky to work in one. I also love having the opportunity to build relationships with our customers. We work very hard to show our support of the chiropractic profession and I truly believe we can provide you the best experience possible when it comes to ordering your supplies.

I became a member of the Chiro1Source team in January of 2018. Having worked in the health care industry for over 30 years as a nursing home administrator I was very familiar with the concept and provision of customer service and customer satisfaction. I hope that I am able to serve you my customer, well by accurately pulling and packaging your orders.

Our youngest team member and constant source of energy. Bennett reminds us to keep business fun, stay curious, and remember why we started in the first place.

Warehouse guardian and snackntime supervisor. Rock takes his post seriously (especially when delivery drivers drop by) and brings loyalty, vigilance and a wagging tail to our team.

Senior Treat Inspector & Advisor

Our oldest and most seasoned team member, Hershey is in charge of all things treat related and keeps morale high with his goofy charm and steady presence. He reminds us that even in business, there’s room for a little play.

Cecil Walker, DC

Founder

Cecil Walker founded Chiro1Source in 2001 after practicing chiropractic for over 16 years. He saw firsthand how busy clinics are and wanted to make ordering supplies easier, more affordable, and backed by great service. Though he’s no longer involved in daily operations, the values he built the company on—care, efficiency, and supporting chiropractors so they can focus on their patients—continue to guide Chiro1Source today.
