Two balance boards in one, a rocker board and a balance board.

Same benefits as the R4 model below but with increased tilt angles. Use for calf stretch, push ups, or sit on it and wobble. Balance on the large yellow center ball, or remove the yellow ball and balance on two wooden balls attached tot he bottom of the board.
