For cold therapy place pack in freezer for 1 to 2 hours and for heat therapy place pack in microwave for 30 seconds.
All first time orders for personalized ice packs, and logo changes, will incur an extra $25 charge for setup. This fee is in addition to the price. If you order a total of 3 cases we will waive the setup fee/logo change fee.
